Do I need to pay a deposit online?+
No. Booking is free — you only pay on the day of the tour, in cash (Euro or Albanian lek), directly to the crew when you board.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash in Euro or Albanian lek on the day of the tour. There's no online payment or card machine on board.
Can I change or cancel my booking?+
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before departure — just message us on WhatsApp. If we cancel for weather, you get a full refund or a new date of your choice.
How many guests fit on one boat?+
Up to 12 people per boat. For groups of 8 or more we recommend booking a private charter so you have the whole boat to yourselves.
Is the tour suitable for kids and non-swimmers?+
Yes. Life jackets are provided for every guest, several of the coves are shallow and calm, and the crew keeps a close eye on kids and first-time snorkellers.
What time should I arrive at Sarandë port?+
Please be at the port around 09:45 so we can settle everyone on board and leave on time at 10:00. Exact meeting point is sent on WhatsApp the evening before.
